I could blame it on the weather cooling off or maybe the huge, amazing moon that bid us goodnight as we drove home tonight.
I could blame it on the bandwagon I have hitched my horses to - the new Mumford and Sons album.
From the holland road well I rose and I rose, and I paid less time,
To your callus mind, and I wished you well as you cut me down, you cut me down,
I could blame it on all four of us jammed in the kitchen tonight and laughing together. I was cutting fruit before it went bad, Nate was practicing violin to the new Mumford and Sons album (told you I joined that bandwagon) and Julia and Brian working on an 1800 wagon replica.
But tonight I feel like I quite possibly could wrap the entire earth into my arms in one giant hug. I feel like I could actually rid out all of the hurt and bitterness and sadness.
I feel like I could actually climb up on top of a mountain and start singing and people would come and listen and believe.
I would tell them to forgive and to be kind. I would tell them to speak words tenderly without anger. And for just a moment - tonight - I believe they would listen to me and the world might change.
Have a blessed week!
Kate

Don't you love it when you have those types of days. :) May you have more of them in the days ahead.
