A little collection...

I love finding old paintings.

Don't you just wonder? Did they paint it for someone special? Did they paint it in a class?

I have a little collection that I've found as I wander thrift stores.

I'm quite certain that I'm the only one that finds this collection lovely and bright, but that is ok. My seat at the dinner table looks right at it and I love to think of the people that painted and the trips that Brian and I have taken.

See the little one on the bottom right? Sweet Baby J painted that one in Kindergarten.

I can't wait to paint the frame white and hang it in the collection.

Remember - decorate with what YOU love! It will keep you smiling.

What a sweet little collection...and those yellow walls look great with it (I have lots of yellow walls in our home too, they make me happy.
