After years as a Sales Operations and Support Manager, I am sharing my best tips with you.
On a slow day, I received around 200 emails, but during busy seasons, I could receive anywhere from 600-1,000 emails a day.
These included meeting requests, customer complaints and inter departmental requests.
To be successful, I had to learn to keep my email inbox clean and current.
